History of ifindproperties.com.
My wife and I purchased residential properties and multi units in Las Vegas in 2004. We were introduced to lease/options a few years later and we converted all of our rentals into single family homes available for lease/options. In the process of advertising our units, I created a web site designed to explain the process of lease/options and show the details of the properties.
In November 2008, I predicted that there would be a shortage of inventory available for buyer/tenants not qualified to purchase a home. Since investors were quickly moving in on killer deals available, I responded by adding another section to my web site that enables investors to quickly find investment properties.
This web site is built around a dynamic data base. For you techno geeks, it's Dreamweaver in front of Filemaker. This site has taken me years to build and is constantly improving.... |
