History of ifindproperties.com.
My wife and I purchased residential properties and multi units in Las Vegas in 2004. We were introduced to lease/options a few years later and we converted all of our rentals into single family homes available for lease/options. In the process of advertising our units, I created a web site designed to explain the process of lease/options and show the details of the properties. This page is the original foundation of the website.
Our properties were occupied so quickly that I offered the same process to other owners interested in lease/options. While offering these services I quickly bumped into other lease/option specialists and created a network by offering my software to these specialists. Currently, there are about 6 competitors who use my software to advertise and manage lease/options. Our network currently moves 2-4 houses a week.
In November 2008, I predicted that there would be a shortage of inventory available for buyer/tenants not qualified to purchase a home. Since investors were quickly moving in on killer deals available, I responded by adding another section to my web site that enables investors to quickly find investment properties. These investors also have exposure to the steady supply of buyer/tenants. Ifindproperties.com enables investors a simply way to find properties while introducing these to buyer/tenants eager to fill them. The front page now shows both sections for buyer/tenants and investors.
This web site is built around a dynamic data base which is fed from the MLS. This data is supplimented by my experience in renting and purchasing homes. Every Friday, this data is updated. For you techno geeks, it's Dreamweaver in front of Filemaker. This site has taken me years to build and is constantly improving.... |
