History of ifindproperties.com.
My wife and I purchased residential properties and multi units in Las Vegas in 2004. We were introduced to lease/options a few years later and we converted all of our rentals into single family homes available for lease/options. In the process of advertising our units, I created a web site designed to explain the process of lease/options and show the details of the properties.
In November 2008, I predicted that there would be a shortage of inventory available for buyer/tenants not qualified to purchase a home. Since investors were quickly moving in on killer deals available, I responded by adding another section to my web site that enables investors to quickly find investment properties.
This web site is built around a dynamic data base. For you techno geeks, it's Dreamweaver in front of Filemaker. This site has taken me years to build and is constantly improving....
Personal Background
I have been married to Barb Eagan since 1989. She is also a real estate agent who specializes in helping "primary buyers." We have 2 cats and have been living on Sunrise Mountain (East Side) since 2004. My hobbies include gardening, reading, and triathlons. We travel about a month out of the year to different parts of the world but our favorite destination is Mexico.
My parents were hippies (mom an artist / dad a musician) and I have lived in 8 different states and 40 different cities. I love my folks but decided to leave home when I was 17. Barb also left home when she was 16 and we met in Tucson while going through the University of Arizona. We both started with nothing and we are not afraid of rolling up our sleeves to get something done. |
