Eventually, they can't pay the rent and you toss them out like everyone else.

Dealers attract users who will destroy the house very quickly. Call 311 (non-emergency) and tell them why you think your tenant is a dealer. Metro will be on them like white on rice. If you smell peculiar odors near your home along with accumulating junk, call 911 as someone could be cooking Meth at your home. You need to immediately call the police before your house blows up.

Market price per pet is about $150 each and non-refundable. They will probably destroy your carpet with or without pets anyway.
