The majority of our business is handled through Intuit. We have found that this service has the least amount of cost and provides an easy way to track payments. If you have multiple tenants, you will soon discover the benefits.
Only if we are providing you with "full service" property management. If you are collecting your own money, we recommend your tenants place money directly into your bank account.
If your tenant is more than 4 days late, we can post a 5 day notice on the door for you. Depending on the type of property management you have chosen, this is free. Worse case is $75 for this service.
