Unlike other property management companies, we are ok if you want to use your own vendors.
No. We are slammed with work and have no problem with you doing your own maintenance.
Yes. We also accept electronic payments through Intuit. Intuit is our preferred method of payment.
Anywhere from 5% - 10% depending on the complexity of the repairs. If we have to coordinate 5 vendors for example, we will charge about 10%. Please note that credit cards eat up about 3% of that.
Yes. Once you become a client, you have 24x7 access to our vendor data base which is updated frequently.
