Las Vegas Investor News 4/9/12
Pretty cool map of foreclosures. Las Vegas for once is not in the lead.
Local agents will tell you he should find other issues to meddle with. Whenever government attempts to tinker with market forces, it just prolongs the problem.
I think this is too broad to speak to Las Vegas. There is a blurb about Bank of America and Fannie Mae becoming property managers but the amount is so small I don't think it's worth mentioning. The pilot program is sure to fail.
A very broad based article and good for those who are just considering investing.
